BTF, or Bury The Fork (or Bless This Fress) was started in August of 2013 in New York City by Rachel Waxman and Esther Werdiger, two ladies who love food, but also Hashem.

Esther Werdiger loves salmon jerky, half sour pickles, eggs on toast, whitefish bagels, and drawing. Her favourite hot sauce is Cholula.
